Phase 10 Drinking is a drinking game in the Card Games category for 2-6 players that takes about 15-30 min with a medium difficulty level.
Complete phases or drink the penalty
Grab a standard deck of Phase 10 cards or create a deck by assigning values and suits to paper slips if you don't own one. Shuffle the cards well and deal 10 cards to each player. Place the rest of the deck in the center as the draw pile with a discard pile next to it. Make sure each player has their drink within reach because penalties and assignments come fast in this game.
Study the phase you're working on,memorizing the card combinations can save you from over-drinking when you can't complete a phase. If you're far from completing your phase, strategically discard cards that might block other players from advancing. Use your chance to assign drinks wisely, target players who are catching up to you in completed phases. If someone's clearly in the lead, ganging up on them with drink penalties can even the playing field.
Reverse Drink Assignments: Instead of assigning drinks to others when you complete a phase, you have to take a drink yourself as a celebratory penalty. This keeps the competition tighter.. Draw 3 Madness: If you can't complete your phase during a turn, you have to immediately draw three additional cards and take two sips of your drink.. Skip Card Roulette: Playing a 'skip' card forces the skipped player to take one drink, and if they get skipped twice in a row, they take two drinks instead.
