Lowball Drinking is a drinking game in the Card Games category for 3-8 players that takes about 15-30 min with a medium difficulty level.
Lowest hand wins, losers drink
Shuffle a standard deck of cards and place it face down in the center of the table as a draw pile. Each player gets space in front of them for their hand, and drinks should be within arm's reach. Decide whether turns will be taken clockwise or if all players will reveal cards simultaneously for each round.
Pay close attention to card values,Ace is the lowest, and face cards are generally high, but confirm the group's rules before starting. If you're holding a low card and think it's unbeatable, consider assigning drinks early to force others to drink while they still have options. When assigning drinks, spread the pain evenly or target stronger players to keep the game competitive.
Reverse Lowball: The highest hand wins instead of the lowest, but the player with the second-highest hand assigns drinks.. Wild Jokers: Add the jokers to the deck as wild cards, which automatically count as a zero, the lowest possible value.. Dealer's Choice: The dealer for each round gets to decide the penalty for the player with the highest hand, optional examples include drinking double or doing a dare.
