How to Play Asshole

- First out = President, last = Asshole
- Ranks persist between rounds
- Lower ranks serve higher ranks drinks
- President makes rules
- 2s clear the pile
- Must play equal or higher
- Social hierarchy rules supreme
Tips & Strategies
If you're the President, set a rule early that gives you control, like requiring the Asshole to call you 'Your Majesty' for every action. As the Asshole, try to get rid of your lowest cards first during your turn so you're not stuck with them later. Pay attention to who plays 2s; those cards clear the pile and can disrupt a high stack strategy. Remember that playing doubles or triples can help you quickly offload cards and take control of the game tempo.
Variations
Revolution Rules: If someone plays four of a kind, the rank hierarchy flips for the rest of the round: President becomes Asshole, Vice President drops in status, and so on.. Waterfall Start: At the beginning of each round, all players take one big simultaneous drink in a waterfall order based on their current rank, starting with the Asshole.. No Talking Rule: The President can enact a rule where no one but the President is allowed to speak during gameplay, with violators taking an immediate drink.
