Setup
Players sit in a circle. One player starts with two dice under a cup.
How to Play Mexicali
- Roll the dice under a cup, peek at them secretly.
- Announce a score (doubles beat regular rolls, 21 is highest).
- Pass to the next player - they must beat your score or drink.
- They can roll and try to beat it, OR call you a liar.
- If called: reveal the dice. If you lied, you drink. If truthful, they drink.
- 21 (Mexican) is automatic end-of-round - everyone else drinks.
- Scoring: Higher number first (32 beats 23). Doubles beat non-doubles.
